• When used appropriately, this syringe precisely contains 3 liters of air, making it suitable for calibration in accordance with the spirometer's maintenance schedule and guidelines. Each Micro Medical accuracy checking syringe comes with a unique certificate, confirming compliance with ATS/ERS 2005 performance standards.

Key Features:

• A daily volume accuracy check is recommended.
• Utilize a 3-litre calibration syringe for this purpose.
• The calibration syringe should exhibit an accuracy of ±0.5% (15 mL for a 3-litre syringe).
• Conduct at least three discharges of the syringe through the device to cover a range of flows from 0.5 to 12 litres/second. (3-litre injection times: approximately 6s for the lower flow limit and less than 0.5s for the upper flow limit)
