The Mattress – Heat Sealed is generally used in mental health facilities.
About the Mattress – Heat Sealed
It is designed with all internal seams, and one external seam. This external seam is important, as it helps prevent self-harm. The foam is a relatively dense foam, which helps prevent the seams popping if the mattress is under stress.
We use a waterproof, breathable, 4-way stretch vinyl for the cover.
We recommend using the
Mattress Handling Straps
, to help when moving the mattresses.
Custom Sizes
We are happy to quote on custom size mattresses. There are two types of materials:

Heavy duty waterproof, hospital-grade medical vinyl – Made on Request
We can also make mattresses with a sewn cover rather than a heat sealed cover. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
