DESCRIPTION

• With a new and improved material, our HALYARD* Absorbent Tray Liner allows for nearly 25% more absorbency1 and up to 5 times less linting2 than our previous tray liner offering! HALYARD* Tray Liners are designed to be used both inside trays next to delicate instruments, as well as underneath trays to absorb condensation and help provide protection to sterilization wrap from sharp tray corners and edges.Validated for use in Steam and EO

• Validated for use in Steam Sterilization Systems (USA) at 270°F/132°C for 4 minutes.

STERILZATION SYSTEM (USA):

• Pre-vacuum steam at 270°F/132°C for 4 minutes
• gravity steam at 250°F/121°C for 30 minutes, or 100%
• EO with a concentration of 725-735 mg/L at 131°F/
• 55°C and 40% - 80% relative humidity for 60 minutes

PRE-VACUUM STEAM

• 2 tray liners inside and 2 tray liners outside
• Up to 8 folded layers (4 tray liners) inside tray

EO

• 2 tray liners inside and 2 tray liners outside

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR:
