The polyamide tulle dressing is chemically coated with metallic silver and impregnated with the non petroleum triglyceride based ointment. In contact with wound exudate, silver ions are activated and provide an antimicrobial barrier which is useful for managing contaminated or colonised wounds.
Useful for managing contaminated traumatic wounds to help reduce the risk of colonisation
Low adherent dressing easy to remove without causing trauma to the wound and peri wound
Effective for 34 days
No skin discolouration
