66fit AllCare Exercise Tubing is used in rehabilitation and exercise programs. It comes in progressive levels of colour coded resistance ranging from light (yellow) through to XX firm (silver). Cut to length and use as required. Use as a full length or tie into a loop All-Band can also be used with the 66fit AllCare Exercise Handles and Door Anchor Stirrups.

A typical session will involve 3 - 5 sets of 15 repetitions. Sessions should only progress at the tolerance of the patient. If swelling or pain increases, step down the reps/sets/resistance.
