When fitting to heels, the Hook and Loop Tape Straps should go straight across the top of the foot and around the ankle with the heel in the middle of the pad.\u003cbr\u003e\nFor elbows, the straps should fasten across the arm above and below the elbow. The Wool Heel \u0026amp; Elbow Pads can also be used on the knee for protection.\u003cbr\u003e\nThe straps are not intended to be crossed over.
