The Patient Handling Hook and Loop Walk Belt assists users from a sit to stand position by providing stability. Walking is made easier because of the extra support applied to the waist, which gives the patient extra stability. The walk belt fastens by using two large hook & loop strips and is manufactured with non-slip rubber on the inside – known as Miracle Grip, to prevent slippage on the user’s clothing. It is a standard across all of our walk belts. Four padded vertical handles ensure a comfortable grip for the caregiver.
The walk belt can be wiped clean with disinfectant and is machine washable up to 80 degrees Celsius. Do not tumble dry, as this will reduce the effectiveness of the miracle grip.
