The Kinetec Traction Pulleys are available as an open or closed pulley and are made of aluminium, steel, and polypropylene. The open pulley’s position can be changed without dismantling the frame, while the closed pulley is specially designed for children or restless patients. Both pulleys have a maximum traction weight of 10kg.
