This commode has height adjustable, swing-away footrests that are ‘TearSafe’ so that no sharps remain to cause injury to the users legs when swung away.\u003cbr\u003e\nThe armrests are height adjustable to two positions, locking for security and swing away. The open armrest design allows for natural thigh and hip prominence as well as enabling easier access for the carer. The deeper front trough design also enables easier carer access. The seat\/back frame and armrests are reinforced to be weight bearing.\u003cbr\u003e\nThe back straps are impervious, flexible and non-woven for comfort and hygiene. The actuator release handle is detachable to allow the carer to stand to the side of the client when reclining\u003cbr\u003e\n.\u003cbr\u003e\nThe commode includes pan carrier glides and a height adjustable seat to 6 settings. The seat can be easily removed for cleaning purposes.
