AQUACEL® Ag Non-Adhesive Foam dressing 10cm x 10cm have been formulated to be a primary dressing. Comprised of a soft foam pad for fluid absorption, waterproof and bacteria barrier to prevent moisture transmission and protection from bacteria penetration. It is ideally used for exuding acute or chronic wounds prone to infection.
With Hydrofiber® Technology gels, this dressing provides:
Lock in wound exudate, including harmful components
Help maintain a moist wound healing environment
Help prevent lateral spread of fluid, reducing risk of maceration
Micro-contour to the wound bed, minimising dead space where bacteria can grow
Kill a wide variety of micro-organisms, including certain tested antibiotic-resistant superbugs, with powerful ionic silver
