Handi Transfer Sling

The Handi Transfer Sling is one of many manual handling aids we supply. It is similar to the popular
Handi Lift
(sold separately).
The Sling has a foam padded body with padded webbing handles sewn onto the back of the Sling.
One Sling can be used in the small of the back to help transfer patients. If necessary, two Carers using two Slings (one behind the back and one under the thighs) can be used to transfer someone weighing less than 55kg / 121lbs. This should only be undertaken if a mechanical hoist and Sling is not available.
