Ethicon SPONGOSTAN™ Dental Haemostatic Gel Sponge 1x1x1cm – Pk/24

SPONGOSTAN™ is a sterile, water-insoluble, pliable, absorbable porcine gelatine sponge designed for haemostatic use by putting on a bleeding surface. The sponge has an appearance of being porous and off-white.
In surgical treatments (other than ophthalmic) for haemostasis, SPONGOSTANTM Dental is recommended when control of capillary, venous, and arteriolar bleeding by pressure, ligation, and other traditional techniques is inadequate or impractical.
