ConvaMax™ Superabsorber is comprised of a multilayered designed to optimise absorption of fluid under 40mmHg, this design prevents any strike through and aids moisture vapour transmission. Super absorbent core excavates and forms a gel, preventing fluid in the wound, whilst remaining soft and less bulky for comfort.
