There are two connecting straps that are done up around the back of the chair. They are primarily designed to use on wheelchairs, but they may be suitable for some other chairs.\u003cbr\u003e\nThe Supports are made from a firm foam, with convolutions on the curved top. This is to help prevent a pressure sore under the arm pit, if the person is resting on this section.\u003cbr\u003e\nTo Use\u003cbr\u003e\nPlace the two Supports inside the arm rests on the wheelchair. Place the two connecting straps around the back of the chair.
