Burnshield works by halting the burn process and physically protecting against further contamination. It’s cooling and soothing effect is due to its specially formulated Hydrogel  and active ingredient, Melaleuca Alternifolia (tea-tree). The sterile dressing keeps the wound clean, minimises loss of body fluids and is easy to apply, non-adhesive and easy to remove without causing further trauma to patient. Safe for use on children.
