66fit Allcare Resistance Band in a dispenser box of 30 individual packs. Each pack is 1.5 metres in length and 14.5cm wide. Available in five different strengths & colours from light to x-extra firm.
A typical session will involve 3 - 5 sets of 15 repetitions. Sessions should only progress at the tolerance of the patient. If swelling or pain increases, step down the reps/sets/resistance.
